INGREDIENTS:

  • Plant-based Pulled PorQ Sweet&smoky
  • Grilled vegetables - bell pepper, zucchini, red onion, corn
  • Arugula
  • BBQ sauce - Olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD:

  1. Prepare the vegetables, chop them, then toss with some olive oil and sprinkle with all the spices, place them on the grill and cook for 20 minutes (you can also use a grill pan)
  2. Grill Plant-based Pulled PorQ Sweet&smoky in a frying pan
  3. Assemble the BBQ grilled bowls, serve the grilled Plant-based Pulled PorQ and vegetables in a bowl with arugula, drizzled with BBQ sauce. Enjoy!

Polish bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • Plant-based Golden ChiQen
  • Pumpkin
  • Carrot
  • Cauliflower
  • Brussels sprout
  • Buckwheat groats
  • Baby spinach
  • Arugula
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper - Mustard

METHOD:

  1. Cook the Buckwheat groats
  2. Chop all the vegetables, toss in olive oil, season to taste, bake in a oven for 30 minutes in 180 Celsius degrees, add Plant-based ChiQen and bake for 10 more minutes
  3. Put all the ingredients in to the bowl, drizzle with some mustard

Middle Eastern
Style Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • Plant-based ChiQen Kebab
  • Pita bread
  • Hummus
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Black olives
  • Feta cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Coriander
  • Parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD:

  1. Chop all the vegetables, mix them with feta cheese then add olive oil, lemon juice and finely chopped parsley and coriander, season with salt and pepper
  2. Grill the Plant-based ChiQen Kebab on a frying pan
  3. Serve in a bowl with pita bread and hummus

Poke bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • Plant-based ChiQen Teriyaki
  • Cooked white rice
  • Carrot
  • Cucumber
  • Edamame
  • Mango
  • Coriander
  • Sesame seeds
  • For the sauce: Soy sauce, lemo juice, honey, rice vinegar

METHOD:

  1. Dice the cucumber, shred the carrot, chop mango
  2. Grill the Plant-based ChiQen Teriyaki on a frying pan
  3. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together
  4. Assemble the bowl, spoon rice in to the bowl, add Plant-based ChiQen, vegetables, drizzle the sauce over the bowl, sprinkle with sesame seeds
